CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Since then it has evolved to be an all-inclusive fitness program for people of any athletic capability.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our armed forces, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

If you’re trying CrossFit for the first time, you’ll go into our Foundations program, a 6-9 session, private training experience that gets you prepared for our regular classes. In these sessions, we make sure you can execute movements soundly and efficiently. Here, your coach has the opportunity get to know you and how to help you make quick progress. You’ll learn the basic movements during these sessions and as you demonstrate proficiency in our regular classes, we’ll add on appropriate intensity and complexity. The coaches of are always with you to make sure every workout is tailored appropriately to your level. And when you’re ready to enter our regular classes, they’ll be sure to be your biggest cheerleaders.
Because CrossFit 30004 is dedicated to serving our community in and out of the gym, we also offer Beginner classes held 3 times per week for those who are unable to take our private Foundations program. Participants are introduced to all the same information in a slightly different format over the course of more classes, but these classes are an excellent option for those on a budget or those easing into our fitness program.
Absolutely not! With experienced coaches who emphasize form and proper movement (versus just “grinding out” a workout with disregard for each person’s ability and current work capacity), we provide an effective workout that’s SAFE. In working to achieve virtuosity [(n): great technical skill] you will be challenged in ways that get you results properly. Don’t worry, you’ll still sweat plenty and get in a good workout every time. Our coaches are trained to know when you can push a little further, and when we need to dial it back, so we encourage you to always keep a running dialogue with us before, during and after each workout.
A WOD is the workout of the day. We program a different WOD every day.
Experienced CrossFitters are always welcome to drop into our classes! Drop in for up to a week of classes for $25 or the purchase of a t-shirt.
Yes! We understand that group classes might not be the right fit for everyone. So if your individual circumstances require a personalized schedule, programming or other, personal training is the way to go.
