I’m new to CrossFit, how do I learn everything?
If you’re trying CrossFit for the first time, you’ll go into our 6 Week Program. Over the six weeks of semi-private classes we’ll get you prepared for our regular classes. In these sessions, we make sure you can execute movements soundly and efficiently. Here, your coach has the opportunity get to know you and how to help you make quick progress. You’ll learn the basic movements during these sessions and as you demonstrate proficiency in our regular classes, we’ll add on appropriate intensity and complexity. The coaches of are always with you to make sure every workout is tailored appropriately to your level. And when you’re ready to enter our regular classes, they’ll be sure to be your biggest cheerleaders.
What is Your drop in policy?
Experienced CrossFitters are always welcome to drop into our classes! Drop in fee is $25 or the purchase of a t-shirt. If you plan on a longer stay, contact us and we can arrange a temporary membership.
Do you offer an area for kids?
We offer a designated room for kids to hang out in while their parents workout.
